The search is on for a digital marketing and CRM expert with a strong background in email marketing, paid media optimisation, campaign planning and execution. You’ll need to come complete with a deep understanding of the digital and email landscape, and of the opportunities new and existing channels present for Topdeck. You are naturally collaborative and as much invested in the team’s successes as your own. A love of travel and an understanding of what drives our customers to keep exploring is a bonus!

ROLE OVERVIEW:
As a key part of the marketing team you will be accountable for driving the CRM and digital advertising programs through extensive involvement in the delivery of Always On activity, strategic and tactical digital campaigns with in¬-house teams, our agencies and partners to ensure business critical goals are achieved.
THE MISSION SHOULD WE CHOOSE YOU TO ACCEPT IT
CRM:
Create a global CRM strategy and framework that drives engagement and repeat purchase behaviours
Analyse Topdeck’s customer database to draw insight into customer behaviours and identify opportunities for revenue growth
Manage customer data set-up, export, tracking and reporting
Work with key stakeholders to define the application of the CRM framework (email, social, app) through the customer trip cycle
Work with the local teams to create an email plan that fits with the global marketing calendar and supports key product categories
Manage the email production process from conception, production, deployment and measurement
Digital advertising:
Manage SEM, display, paid social, affiliate and other paid and unpaid programs with selected agencies and in consultation with key stakeholders to drive ROI
Aid in the creation, assessment and delivery of key digital marketing campaigns and other activities
Monitor, analyse and interpret data to produce meaningful insights that can be used to make campaign optimisation recommendations
Consult with key stakeholders and monitor, dashboard and actively manage Topdeck’s international markets digital spend and other key performance targets (CPC, CPA, CPL and other paid and unpaid metrics) to ensure objectives are not only met but exceeded
Produce estimates/forecasts based on sessional opportunities within each market
Optimise media activity with a view to driving ROI through cost savings and increased performance
Actively contribute to improvement of our site portfolio around SEO and organic visibility for international markets and brand terms
Stay up¬ to¬ date with industry trends, products and vertical influences
Technical management:
Advise on the implementation of key marketing related systems, programs and platforms and related integrations with dashboards, analytics and reporting and systems
Aid in online undertakings with the broader marketing team, including UAT and delivery of key web/digital platforms
Work with key stakeholders across principal products to aid in refining life¬cycle stage as well as general trends and opportunities.
Monitor and work with the web team to manage online systems and structures to ensure uptime, on¬going optimisation and accurate insight data available.
Aid in the ongoing administration of budget and associated reconciliations related to areas of key undertakings
EXPERIENCE
4+ years’ experience in planning and optimising email and digital marketing campaigns
A tertiary degree in Marketing, Business or related fields
Demonstrated experience in managing digital agencies or accounts, CRM platforms, email software and database management
Must be an articulate professional with excellent oral and written communication skills
Creative, yet analytically minded with excellent attention to detail
Love of a collaborative, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
